A workspace is the tenant
Every record belongs to one workspace, answered on that workspace's own address. There is no current workspace a session quietly remembers, so one business's figures cannot surface on another's screen.
One way in
Signing in happens once, at the identity service, and the same account opens every workspace it holds a seat in. No second password, and no credential kept here.
Built for the phone first
The small screen is designed first and installed like an app, so the people doing the work are not the ones left with the cut-down version.
